Why children's books?

Having read books to my children when they were little and now continuing to read them to my grandkids, I find that children's books create an impact that last. So when I began to write Eva of the Beasts I wanted to create not only an entertaining book but one that provides life lessons. Big goal, for sure but one that I believe is important. Do you have a children's book that you felt help guide you in your life journey?

New Book

My newest book is almost done, however the ending is a bit tricky. Should I just tie up the ending in with a cute bow or should I go for a cliffhanger?
